You can easily search and book bus tickets, tour packages, and car rental services through the Star Palace Travel website.
BUS TICKET BOOKING
ကားလက်မှတ်ဝယ်ယူနည်း
STEP 1 — SELECT YOUR ROUTE
ခရီးစဉ်ရွေးချယ်ပါ
“From” အကွက်တွင် စတင်ထွက်ခွာမည့်မြို့ကို ရွေးချယ်ပြီး “To” အကွက်တွင် သွားလိုသည့်မြို့ကို ရွေးချယ်ပါ။
Select your departure city in the “From” field and your destination in the “To” field.
STEP 2 — SELECT YOUR TRAVEL DATE
ခရီးသွားမည့်ရက်ရွေးချယ်ပါ
“Travel Date” ကိုနှိပ်ပြီး မိမိခရီးသွားလိုသည့်ရက်ကို ရွေးချယ်ပါ။
Tap “Travel Date” and select your preferred departure date.
အသွားအပြန်လက်မှတ်ဝယ်ယူလိုပါက “Round Trip” ကိုရွေးချယ်ပြီး အပြန်ခရီးရက်ကိုပါ ထည့်သွင်းပါ။
To purchase a return ticket, select “Round Trip” and choose your return date.
STEP 3 — SELECT THE NUMBER OF SEATS
ခုံအရေအတွက်ရွေးချယ်ပါ
ခရီးသွားမည့်လူဦးရေအလိုက် လိုအပ်သောခုံအရေအတွက်ကို ရွေးချယ်ပြီး “Search” ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။
Select the required number of seats according to the number of passengers, then tap “Search.”
STEP 4 — SELECT YOUR BUS AND DEPARTURE TIME
ကားအမျိုးအစားနှင့် ထွက်ခွာချိန်ရွေးချယ်ပါ

Review the available bus class, departure time, and ticket price. Tap “Select” or “Book Now” on your preferred trip.
STEP 5 — CHOOSE YOUR SEAT
မိမိနှစ်သက်ရာခုံရွေးချယ်ပါ
Seat Plan တွင် ရရှိနိုင်သောခုံများထဲမှ မိမိနှစ်သက်ရာခုံကို ရွေးချယ်ပါ။
Choose your preferred seat from the available seats shown on the seat plan.
အသွားအပြန်လက်မှတ်ဖြစ်ပါက အသွားခရီးနှင့် အပြန်ခရီးအတွက် ခုံနေရာနှစ်ကြိမ်ရွေးချယ်ပေးပါ။
For a round-trip booking, select seats separately for both the outbound and return journeys.
STEP 6 — ENTER PASSENGER INFORMATION

Please make sure your phone number is correct, as it may be used for booking confirmation and customer support.
STEP 7 — APPLY A PROMO CODE
Promo Code အသုံးပြုပါ
အသုံးပြုနိုင်သော Promo Code ရှိပါက “Promo Code” အကွက်တွင် Code ကိုထည့်ပြီး “Apply” ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။
If you have a valid Promo Code, enter it in the “Promo Code” field and tap “Apply.”
Discount ရရှိပြီးနောက် စုစုပေါင်းကျသင့်ငွေကို သေချာစစ်ဆေးပါ။
After applying the code, check that the discount and total amount are correct.
Promo Code မရှိပါက ဒီအဆင့်ကို ကျော်သွားနိုင်ပါသည်။
You may skip this step if you do not have a Promo Code.
STEP 8 — REVIEW YOUR BOOKING
Booking အချက်အလက်များကို ပြန်လည်စစ်ဆေးပါ
ငွေပေးချေခြင်းမပြုမီ အောက်ပါအချက်များကို သေချာစစ်ဆေးပါ။
ခရီးစဉ် ခရီးသွားရက် ထွက်ခွာချိန် ကားအမျိုးအစား ခုံနံပါတ် ခရီးသည်အမည် ဖုန်းနံပါတ် လက်မှတ်အရေအတွက် Discount စုစုပေါင်းကျသင့်ငွေ
Before making payment, carefully review your route, travel date, departure time, bus class, seat numbers, passenger details, discount, and total amount.
အချက်အလက်အားလုံးမှန်ကန်ပါက Terms & Conditions ကိုဖတ်ရှုပြီး သဘောတူညီချက်ကို အမှန်ခြစ်ပါ။
If all information is correct, read and accept the Terms & Conditions before continuing.
STEP 9 — MAKE PAYMENT
ငွေပေးချေပါ
ရရှိနိုင်သော Payment Method များထဲမှ မိမိအသုံးပြုလိုသည့် ငွေပေးချေမှုနည်းလမ်းကို ရွေးချယ်ပါ။
Choose your preferred payment method from the available options.
Payment App သို့မဟုတ် Payment Page တွင်ပြသထားသော လမ်းညွှန်ချက်များအတိုင်း ငွေပေးချေမှုကို အပြီးသတ်ပါ။
Follow the instructions shown on the payment page or payment application to complete your payment.
ငွေပေးချေနေစဉ် Page ကိုပိတ်ခြင်း၊ Back နှိပ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ထပ်ခါတလဲလဲ Payment ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း မပြုပါနှင့်။
Do not close the page, press the back button, or make repeated payments while the transaction is being processed.
STEP 10 — RECEIVE YOUR E-TICKET
E-Ticket လက်ခံရယူပါ
Payment အောင်မြင်ပြီးနောက် Booking Confirmation သို့မဟုတ် E-Ticket ကို ရရှိပါမည်။
After successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation or E-Ticket.
E-Ticket တွင် အောက်ပါအချက်များပါဝင်ပါမည်။

သင့် E-Ticket ကို Screenshot ရိုက်ထားပါ သို့မဟုတ် ဖုန်းထဲတွင် သိမ်းထားပါ။
Take a screenshot or save your E-Ticket on your phone.
ခရီးထွက်မည့်နေ့တွင် Check-in ပြုလုပ်ရန် E-Ticket သို့မဟုတ် Booking Code ကိုပြသရပါမည်။
Present your E-Ticket or Booking Code when checking in for your trip.
TRACK YOUR TICKET
လက်မှတ်ပြန်လည်ရှာဖွေနည်း
E-Ticket ကို ပြန်လည်ရှာဖွေရန် Website Menu မှ “Track Ticket” ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။
To retrieve your ticket, tap “Track Ticket” from the website menu.
တောင်းခံထားသော Booking Code၊ ဖုန်းနံပါတ် သို့မဟုတ် အခြားအချက်အလက်ကို ဖြည့်သွင်းပြီး “Search” ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။
Enter the requested booking code, phone number, or other required information and tap “Search.”
ပြသလာသော Ticket Information ကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး Screenshot ရိုက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။
Review the displayed ticket information and save a screenshot if needed.

Website Menu မှ “Tour Package” ကိုရွေးချယ်ပါ။ သွားလိုသည့်နိုင်ငံ၊ မြို့ သို့မဟုတ် ခရီးစဉ်ကို ရှာဖွေပါ။ Package Details၊ ခရီးစဉ်ကာလ၊ ပါဝင်သောဝန်ဆောင်မှုများနှင့် ဈေးနှုန်းကို စစ်ဆေးပါ။ နှစ်သက်သော Package ကိုရွေးချယ်ပြီး “Book Now” သို့မဟုတ် “Contact Us” ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။ ခရီးသည်အရေအတွက်နှင့် လိုအပ်သောအချက်အလက်များ ဖြည့်သွင်းပါ။ Booking အတည်ပြုချက်အတွက် Customer Service Team မှ ဆက်သွယ်ပေးပါမည်။ Select “Tour Package” from the website menu.
